competition rules, and to gather proper information concerning his/her heat
(length, time, etc.)
The
surfer who performs radical controlled maneuvers in the critical section of
a wave with speed, power, flow, and innovative/progressive surfing as well
as a variety of maneuvers with the maximum degree of difficulty & commitment
on a wave shall be rewarded with the highest scores.
Poor=0.1-2.5

Competitors will wear the contest jersey provided by sponsors from time of
issuance, until returned to the beach marshall at the end of the heat, and
if appropriate, during the awards presentation or be fined $1,000. The
covering of the jersey with national flags, towels, etc. is not allowed as
it demeans the value of the sponsors!

Alternates will replace no-show competitors who fail to check-in at the 10
