Heather Brown is a

The Hawaii Lifeguards & Water
Safety (HLWS) was established to provide water
safety tips and awareness of our Ocean.
In addition to our water safety program, our
environmental projects will educate children on the
importance of maintaining a sustainable eco system
in our oceans, as well as the importance of properly
