*Whether you¡¦re riding waves or just paddling on flat water, Stand
Up Paddling provides a great full body workout; building core
strength and balance. It is a totally unique experience to surfing.
*The introductory lesson is designed to make you feel comfortable
with the board and basic techniques for maneuvering board on flat
water. Subsequent lessons will cover further skills
including catching waves!
Covers:
*Basic stroke technique including turning
*Balance and stance
*Limited to 7 students per lesson. |
