Who Surf is hosting its first annual amateur surf contest at
Kewalo Basin Park September 30 and October 1, 2006.
The contest goal is to recognize surf
talent and develop community between female surfers
fostering worldwide growth and recognition of women's
surfing as a professional and amateur sport.
We would love to invite you to sponsor
our event.
Targeting the intelligent, athletic,
dedicated and awesome girls who surf this contest will make
your name synonymous with girl power. All eyes will be on
this event as we make surfing history. The best girls who
surf in the state will be competing. Television networks,
radio, newspapers, magazines, video and dvd will all cover
this competition. You need to sponsor this event to reap all
the benefits of this prime targeted advertising market.
Girls Who Surf would like to encourage
sponsorship participation by opening bidding. Tiered
benefits include: shared name on the contest, large logo
placement on all advertisements including programs, posters,
flyers, and banners, tent space at the event etc. In kind
product donation is also highly encouraged.
Girls Who Surf is celebrating its
second year of surf instruction introducing new students to
the joy of surfing. In a healthy and supportive atmosphere,
Girls Who Surf promotes the spirit, style, camaraderie, and
competition aimed to unify all generations and abilities of
women surfers. We want to showcase the powerful, unique,
stylish, athletic, feminine, graceful, and skillful
abilities of women surfers, to inspire and be inspired, to
stand by each other, and have fun.
